指定律師樓土著股權須佔半.馬來亞銀行發出函件闡明，欲成為該銀行指定的律師樓，律師樓50%股權必須由一名土著律師所擁有，至於目前已是該銀行指定律師樓的公司，則必須在2008年7月1日之前，符合新措施的規定。
